We are excited to announce our upcoming Aikido Grading Test at TERAKOYA DOJO! This special event will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, and is open to all eligible students ready to advance in their Aikido journey.
What is a Grading Test?
A grading test is a significant milestone in your Aikido journey. It's an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of techniques, principles, and the spirit of Aikido. These tests are not just about physical skills but also about showing respect, discipline, and the growth you've achieved through your training.

Preparing for Your Grading Test
To ensure you're ready for your grading test, consider these important preparation tips:

- Rest well: Get adequate sleep the night before

We've scheduled dedicated photo sessions throughout the day to capture this special moment in your Aikido journey. These photos will be available for purchase and serve as wonderful memories of your achievement.

After the testing sessions, we'll have lunch together as a community. This is a great opportunity to celebrate everyone's achievements and strengthen the bonds within our dojo family.
Important Notes
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled testing time
- Wear your clean, pressed gi (uniform)
- Bring water and any necessary personal items
- Family and friends are welcome to observe
